This policy explains what information Graphite Auto Spa ("we," "us") collects when you use graphiteautospa.com, request a quote, book a detail or text with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to quote, schedule and complete your detail. We don't sell it.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, mobile number, vehicle (year, make, model), vehicle size, the package you're interested in, and any notes you add.
When you book: bookings happen through Acuity Scheduling. Acuity collects the details you enter there (such as your name, phone, email, service address and, if you pay online, your payment details). Acuity's own privacy policy covers that information. We see your booking details so we can show up and do the job.
When you text, call or email us: your phone number or email address and the content of your messages.
When you visit the site: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It gives us totals, like how many people viewed the Services page, without using cookies or identifying you personally.
Photos of your vehicle: we may photograph your vehicle before and after a detail. See "Photos" below.
We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. This site isn't directed to them.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and give you a price
- To schedule, confirm, and complete your detail
- To text or call you about your quote or appointment
- To keep simple records of the services we've done
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Acuity Scheduling: booking, reminders and online payments
- Resend: delivers your quote request to our email inbox
- Vercel: hosts this website and provides the page-visit counts above
- Payment apps you choose (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay): if you pay us that way, that app handles the payment under its own terms
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
When you submit a quote request with your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Graphite Auto Spa about your quote and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We don't send marketing texts without asking first, and we don't share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Photos
We sometimes post photos of vehicles we've detailed on our website and social media. We hide license plates and personal items. If you'd rather your vehicle not be posted, just tell us, before or after the detail, and we'll leave it out or take it down.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, messages and service records for as long as they're useful for serving you and keeping basic business records, then delete them. Ask us anytime and we'll delete your information, unless we need to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email ethan@graphiteautospa.com or text 303-520-5031, and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited to us. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Other websites
Our site links to Acuity Scheduling, Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this one only covers graphiteautospa.com and our business.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
